Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DakDak. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

DakDak provides a shared team inbox for managing customer conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram, built on the official Meta APIs. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

• You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the content your team sends and for how you use customer data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DakDak to send spam or unsolicited messages, to break Meta's WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram policies, to violate any law, or to harm, harass, or mislead recipients. Misuse can lead to your number being restricted by Meta or your account being suspended.

Free trial and billing

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
• After the trial you must choose a paid plan to keep using the service. Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change with notice. Applicable taxes may apply.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused after a short grace period until payment is resolved.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party platforms

DakDak relies on Meta's platforms to deliver messaging. Your use of connected channels is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by these platforms.

Data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your workspace data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DakDak reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DakDak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the service, or put the platform or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
